As an  amateur photographer I  love learning everything I can about photography.  Doing thorough research into equipment somehow satisfies the DSLR technology lust and helps me make ‘right’ buying decisions.  But research is time consuming.  The manufacturers only point out their strengths.  Salesmen in the shops sell hard on what they have in stock.  Writers on the internet are salesmen in disguise and enthusiasts (even me) have their biases.

So how do I or anyone else decide on what to buy?

I  consider opposing points of view and present them in reviews.  This site is a collection of what I consider the best Digital Cameras available.  I update it from the best that I find and review on other sites.

Give me your views… It gives me more learning.
